This quarter, our Quarterly Subscription Program samples does a technical exploration of two of the dimensions our glass can be tailored to your specific requirements: diffusion and transparency.
Diffusion: create a frosted or blurred effect in glass partitions and doors, or mute reflectivity and glare over mirrored walls.
Transparency: create privacy with a diffused sheer look incorporating any color.

Customize the diffusion of our custom laminated glass
By incorporating either an Interfrosted interlayer or a selectable “acid frosted” surface, the three grey samples in this quarter’s collection demonstrate our ability to customize a blurred diffusion in our custom laminated glass. The opacity of these three samples is the same, however the diffusion and tactile qualities are different depending on the frosting.

Ideal applications
Double-sided applications (glass partition walls and frameless glass doors) to create beautiful blurred delineators between spaces. Combine with a mirrored backing layer in single-sided applications (mirrored feature walls, mirrored wall cladding, elevator cabs) to create a stunning “Ghost Mirror” effect where glare and reflectivity need to be muted.
Control the transparency of our custom laminated glass
Incorporating our Interpainted Glass™, the white sample included in this quarter’s collection demonstrates our ability to customize the transparency of our laminated glass. The sample included represents an ALT (allowable light transmittance) of 50%.
